哈尔滨理工大学现代设计与集成制造技术研究所（团队），现有教授6名，副教授3人，讲师2人，黑龙江省级领军人才梯队机械设计及理论学科带头人1名，机械电子工程学科校级学术后备带头人1名，学术骨干2名，均具有博士学位。团队学术氛围浓厚，朝气蓬勃，勇于创新。拥有先进的实验设备如快速成型机、激光扫描仪、振动测试仪、数控加工中心等。在快速设计与优化、特种机械传动与新材料技术、虚拟制造技术、虚拟样机与仿真、逆向工程与快速原型技术方面取得了显著的成绩。共培养博士生、硕士研究生80多人，硕士生继续攻读博士学位的10余人，为科研院所及企业输送了高水平的科技人才。 近年来，团队主持及参与完成了国家自然基金、国家863重点、科技部国际合作项目、科技部创新基金、黑龙江省重点攻关和哈尔滨市重大科技攻关及省市产业化等30多个项目，研究成果分别获得黑龙江省科学技术二等奖5项，三等奖4项，黑龙江机械工业科技进步一等奖4项，哈尔滨市科技进步二等1项，三等奖1项。发表文章100余篇，多数被SCI/EI/ISTP检索，主编专著9部，申请专利、软件著作权20多项，其中发明专利8项。 团队成员分别是两门黑龙江省级精品课的主讲教师，主持和参加了黑龙江省高等教育综合改革试点项目、黑龙江省新世纪高等教育教学改革工程项目、黑龙江省教育科学“十一五”规划课题等教研项目10多项，发表教研论文20余篇；出版了包括国家普通高等教育“十五”、“十一五”、 “十二五”国家规划教材十余部；获国家教学成果二等奖一项，黑龙江省优秀教学成果一等奖二项，黑龙江省优秀教学成果二等奖四项；团队致力于与企业的产学研合作研究，先后与哈尔滨电气集团所属的哈尔滨电机有限责任公司、哈尔滨汽轮机有限责任公司、哈尔滨电站阀门有限公司、中航工业哈尔滨东安发动机（集团）有限公司及齐重数控装备有限公司等大中型企业进行项目合作及人才输送；同时还与美国阿拉巴马大学金属与材料工程系、荷兰代尔夫特理工大学计算机辅助设计工程系有长期的学术研究合作关系。 Harbin University of Science and Technology study of contemporary design and integrated manufacturing technology institute.
